Vegan Avocado Ranch Dip

Vegan Avocado Ranch Dip is an easy way to add healthy fat and protein to any snack. It’s the perfect dip for veggies, crackers, chips, or your favorite chicken nuggets!

Ingredients

12 ounces silken tofu

2 small or 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted

2 cloves garlic, peeled, smashed 

Juice of 1 large lemon

1/4 cup fresh chives, roughly chopped, loosely packed

1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped, loosely packed

1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast 

1 1/4 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor. Process on low until incorporated, then blend on medium to medium-high speed until pureed and smooth.
  2. Transfer dip to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve, up to 5 days. 
  3. Serve Vegan Avocado Ranch Dip with your favorite veggies, crackers, chips, or chicken nuggets!
